Dieser künstliche Krokodilhauteffekt wurde durch dasTriplex-Druckverfahren erreicht. Und dies 1929!

This Bugatti T 44 (# 44477) belongs today to the Sicilian Zio Gino. The body was made by Carrozzeria Ghia, founded in 1915 by Giacinto Ghia in Turin. Giacinto Ghia ran the company until his death in 1944. The brown side panels look like crocodile skin. But its not real skin.
